Next, i stayed in the room named “CHIKU SEN”.
The space is 8 jyo living room,and study room,and bathroom with
bathtab,and a little garde.
it is about 50m2. it is not so large.
the garden is very beautiful.
when you sit down,you can see the garden through “YUKIMISHOJI”.
“YUKIMISHOJI” means that a window to see falling snow without
standing up.
they think it is important to feel comfort for customer.
so every electronic device are covered.
when you get in the room,the staff ask you,
” Would you like to see TV ?”
if you say “Yes”, Finally, the staff put the TV for you.
even telephone,it is covered by Kyoto style texture.
and,furishings are very wonderful.
Scrolls are historical arts.
Scrolls are changed everyday.
the day i stayed, i heard that oher room’s scroll
was made by HONAMIKOETSU!
he is historical person,and his some of work are
national treasure.
if you come in the room,the staff serves a sweet snack,”KUZUMOCHI”.
the taste of elegant makes you relax.
the patio. the green leaf of “KAEDE” and green moss are beautiful.
you can be cool down after taking a bath in this garden.
it is silent “TOKONOMA”.
I have a 4 years old son. i hoped that my son didn’t destroy anything.
study room. i thought that it was good if i wrote something.
but,in fact,i just drank here.
you can see green garden from study room.
i tried wirte a letter.
TAWARAYA uses many materials for rooms,corridors,
and everywhere. they use woods,mad,stones,leafs,many natural
materials.but it makes sensation of unity.
lattice pattern ceiling is interesting,and the rim of TATAMI
are orange color. it is very rare.
the painting on the wall of entrance of the room.
it is abstract.
Towels are original brand of TAWARAYA.

the sink.very simple.
you can buy them too.
the bathtub.it is made by podocarp.
Usually, luxuary inns use japanese cypress.but podocarp is more expensive
than japanese cypress.
fixed furnishings. you can drink japanese tea.
the beds.it looks mixed japanese style FUTON and bed.
Sweets for japanese tea. the form is TAWARA.
the lighs.everything are simple.but they have good atomosphere.
