After i walked around TAWARAYA, at last,it comes to dinner !!
Let’s eat !

At first, i drank a beer !

Apirl menu

[sakizuke] appetizer

flat fish with venegar and sesami
URUI (japanese vegetable)
bud of beef steak plant
carrot leaf with sauce
sea ell meat ball
boiled shrimp
lily bulb and petal
rape blossoms
baby octopus
skewer trout and potatoes
chiken with teriyaki sauce
butterbur rapped with YUBA
grilled mugwort FU with sesami wrapped with bamboo grass
fried child sweet fish 
TARANOME(a bud of edible wild plant)

it seems spring menu,many leaf vegetables.
carrot leaf with sauce was very fresh.
and DENGAKU(mountain potato with miso),
and child sweet fish were very full-bodied.
these tastes were very variety.
even people who don’t know cooking very much
can understand these menu were very troublesome.

omlette for kids.but the taste was good for adluts too.

toasted dried mullet roe

it was very soft,and healty soup.

sea bream SASHIMI
flat fish SASHIMI

this SASHIMI was really delicious !!
they used not only soi sauce and wasabi,but also leaf,momiji oroshi,
and so on.

sakura rice cake
bracken
cherry blossom
green pea
ginger

thickness by using kudzu,it is Kyoto style.

[YAKIMONO]

minnow that has eggs grilled with flower japanese pepper
grilled spring vegetables
young bamboo shoot,asparagas,ostrich fern,
japanese pepper miso,moromi miso.

Spring cooking is bamboo shoot.
toltally,wild taste.
I felt like eating moutain.

bamboo shoot again,moutainfood meets seafood.

firefly squid with vinegar miso

they used many edible wild plants,especially japanese.
and they try to mix seafood and mountain food.

AKADASHI. red miso soup.

it was rich in flavor,the balance of sour was great.

it was delicious because of lightly-flavored.

orange jelly.
it was very rich flavor of orange.

Totally,the dinner was very fresh,you can feel the life of spring.
i felt like i could cure my body.
